Inquiries
When you use the contact form, the details you provide — name, email, type of photography, date, location, and message — are sent by email so the inquiry can be answered. Submissions are not stored in a website database, and no customer-relationship or marketing system receives them.
Client galleries
Private galleries are reachable only through a long, unguessable link. Only a hashed form of that link is stored. Every gallery page and file download is authorised before anything is served, access expires after a set period, and it can be revoked at any time.
Analytics and cookies
No advertising trackers are used. If privacy-friendly analytics are introduced and require cookies or consent, consent will be requested before they are enabled.
Retention and requests
Inquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and to keep records of an engagement. Delivery records are removed in line with the expiry and cleanup schedule. To ask about the data held about you, or to request its deletion, write using the contact form.
